- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I have never seen a group of confused people as this bunch. Kat must make things up as she goes along. They give out confidential info and will not take someone off your policy when the person clearly has their own policy. You call to ask them a question again because the first answer doesn't sound right and they change up what they said. Their excuse was "Kat is new and told you wrong." Really? Then she shouldnt be answering questions! Who changes your policy and doesn't even notify you? These people!
