- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I like Dr McCormack and still do. We had been going for a few years with one of my sons and then another. Well this year 2016 has been a whole different story. Well last year towards the end I turned paper work in personally for one of my sons for a new patient and I waited and waited and waited finally called or went in and they said they never received it! Then he had an appointment at the beginning of January and I wrote a check for the copay and gave them a copy of my insurance card. My check was deducted a few days later electronically, well a couple months after that my check goes through so I called and left a message with the billing manager she never returned my call so I drove to the office and they said she was not in so I asked them to please let her know and to call me asap. Well that never happened and I called them I believe a few more times. So I emailed the billing manager and I got a response and she called me. But her whole attitude was horrible. It was like she works on her own time regardless of the situation. They want their money right then and there but when it is my money she wanted to take her time in getting back with me. So yes I reported them to the Better Business Bureau because of her attitude and the lengths I had to go to get a hold of her. Well that same visit they wanted to charge me the full visit because they screwed up with the insurance so I called then emailed a copy of what I got and she said she would take care of it well I received another copy a couple months later emailed again and she assured me it would be taken care of so hopefully it will. As far as everyone else I think they are wonderful but they no longer want to see my sons because of this, which is not my fault. But that is fine. I guess I was just suppose to let them keep my money and not fight to pay the whole bill when I have insurance and they messed up not me.September 11, 2017by Heidi Rogers
